Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of the Community Network platform ("Platform") located at communitynet.app, operated by Community Network ("Company", "we"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms and agree to comply with them. If you disagree with any of the terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement. We will notify you of material changes in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must: — be at least 18 years old; — have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; — not have been previously banned from the Platform; — not have criminal convictions for sexual offenses or violent crimes. By creating an account, you confirm compliance with these requirements. The Company reserves the right to request age and identity verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Upon registration, you agree to: — provide truthful, current and complete information about yourself; — not create an account on behalf of another person; — use only one account; — maintain confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password); — immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. You bear full responsibility for all actions performed using your account. The Company is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to: — provide false information about yourself, including using others' photographs; — harass, insult, threaten or discriminate against other users; — send unsolicited commercial messages (spam); — upload content that violates laws or third-party rights; — publish pornographic, violent or extremist materials; — use the Platform for fraud or extortion; — use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers); — attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; — disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure; — use the Platform for purposes inconsistent with its intended use. Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent account deletion without refund.

5. User Verification

To ensure community safety, we may require identity verification. Verification may include: — photo verification (comparison with profile photo); — identity document verification; — phone number and email confirmation. Verified users receive a corresponding badge on their profile. The Company does not guarantee that all verified users have provided exclusively truthful information. Documents provided for verification are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Events and Venues

The Platform provides opportunities to participate in organized events and meetups. Participation terms: — attendance at events is at your own risk; — the Company is not liable for the actions of other participants; — additional registration or payment may be required for certain events; — venue organizers may establish additional attendance rules; — the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events with participant notification. If a paid event is cancelled by the Company, paid funds will be refunded in full.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Platform provides both free and paid services: — subscription and additional service prices are displayed on the Platform; — payments are processed through secure payment providers; — subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period; — subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; — refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The Company reserves the right to change service prices with prior notice. New prices apply from the beginning of the next billing period.

8. User Content

By uploading content to the Platform (photographs, texts, descriptions), you: — confirm that you possess all necessary rights to such content; — grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for Platform operations; — agree that the content may be available to other users in accordance with Platform functionality. The Company reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or legislation without prior notice. The Company is not liable for user content.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including but not limited to: — software, design, logos and trademarks; — matching algorithms and AI technologies; — texts, graphic elements and other Platform materials; belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, modifying, distributing, selling or creating derivative works based on any Platform materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied. The Company is not liable for: — actions or inactions of other users; — accuracy of information provided by users; — temporary Platform unavailability due to technical reasons; — indirect, incidental or punitive damages. The Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Platform services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Platform and delete your account at any time through profile settings or by contacting support. The Company may suspend or terminate account access in the following cases: — violation of the terms of this Agreement; — suspected fraudulent activity; — account inactivity for 24 months; — request from authorized bodies. If access is terminated by the Company due to Agreement violation, no refund will be provided.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation.
